This editorial design project was done in collaboration with The Roark Revival, a unique clothing company based out of Laguna Beach, CA. Each seasonal line of clothing is inspired by a different global location and culture. For this season, the team traveled to India to experience the culture and partake in various activities the country had on offer. The story of their adventures needed to be illustrated in an appropriate and meaningful manner to really capture the spirit of their exploits. This resulted in a vibrant color palette, reminiscent of the many textile patterns from the journey, and a gritty, screen printed treatment inspired by the many signs, packages, and walls found on the streets of India.
